Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing distinct areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further images released as part of the continuing congressional process.
